冒認失主 Impersonating the Owner
騙徒聲稱自己係物主，索取物品但無法描述物品細節。交還前必須要求對方說出物品獨特特徵。
Scammers claim to be the owner without knowing item details. Always ask for specific characteristics before returning.
索取費用 Demanding Payment
要求先付「保管費」、「運費」或「手續費」才交還物品。FindbackHK 係完全免費平台，任何索取費用的要求都係詐騙。
Any request for a "storage fee", "courier fee", or "handling fee" is a scam. FindbackHK is 100% free.
釣魚連結 Phishing Links
發送假冒銀行、付款或貨運追蹤的連結，目的係盜取你的帳號或信用卡資料。切勿點擊可疑連結。
Never click suspicious links claiming to be payment, banking, or tracking sites. These steal your credentials.
騙取個人資料 Identity Phishing
以「核實身份」為由索取身份證號碼、銀行帳號或密碼。平台永遠不需要你的身份證或財務資料。
No legitimate person needs your HKID number, bank account, or password to claim an item.

選擇地鐵站、商場、便利店或警署附近進行物品交接。Meet in busy public places like MTR stations or shopping malls.

唔好接受任何付款要求
FindbackHK 係免費平台，任何「費用」要求都係詐騙。Reject any request for payment — this platform is free.

交還前核實物主身份
問對方物品的顏色、品牌、特殊標記等細節。Ask specific questions about the item before returning it.

唔確定係咪詐騙？直接致電警察查詢，寧可多問一步。When in doubt, call the police before proceeding.
